VISITA DOMICILIAR PARA FAMÍLIA DE JOVEM COM RECIDIVAS DE SUICÍDIO COM MEDICAMENTOS: RELATO DE CASO
A tentativa de suicídio por
intoxicação é uma das causas mais frequentes
de atendimento nas urgências toxicológicas e
possui grande repercussão social. O objetivo
do presente foi descrever um caso de tentativa
de suicídio por ingestão de medicamentos,
acompanhado pela equipe multidisciplinar do
Programa de Visita Domiciliar ao Intoxicado
do Centro de Controle de Intoxicações do
Hospital Universitário Regional de Maringá.
Trata-se de estudo descritivo e documental, na
modalidade estudo de caso, com base na ficha
epidemiológica de Ocorrência Toxicológica e
nos registros da equipe multiprofissional do
Programa. Paciente feminina, solteira, 20 anos,
ensino superior incompleto, admitida em um
serviço de saúde da Região Noroeste do Paraná
com história de tentativa de suicídio após ingesta
de quantidade indeterminada do medicamento
psicoativo Olcadil® e do medicamento antihistamínico
Dramin® e história de tentativas de
suicídio anteriores. Foi encaminhada ao serviço
de saúde por familiares, e o caso foi orientado
pelo Centro de Controle de Intoxicações
na modalidade remota, segundo protocolo
toxicológico de diagnóstico e tratamento. Após
alta hospitalar melhorada, foi agendado visita
domiciliar para a paciente e família. Chamou
atenção no caso: sexo e faixa etária vulnerável,
história de tentativa de suicídio anterior e
ideação suicida, e possibilidade de tentativa
de suicídio “coletiva”. Como fator preventivo a
novos episódios de tentativas de suicídio verificou-se que a família favorecia ambiente
seguro a paciente, a união de amigos e familiares, e condições socioeconômicas
favoráveis.

Abstract:
The attempt of suicide by intoxication is one of the most frequent causes
of attendance in the toxicological urgencies and has great social repercussion.
The purpose of the present study was to describe a case of suicide attempt due to
drug ingestion, accompanied by the multidisciplinary team of the Home Visit to
Intoxication Program of the Poison Control Center of the Regional University Hospital
of Maringa. It is a descriptive and documentary study, in the case study modality,
based on the epidemiological record of Toxicological Occurrence and in the records
of the multiprofessional team of the Program. Female patient, single, 20 years old,
incomplete higher education, admitted to a health service in the Northwest of Paraná
Region with a history of attempted suicide after ingestion of an undetermined quantity
of the psychoactive drug Olcadil® and the antihistamine drug Dramin® and history of
previous suicide attempts. She was referred to the health service by relatives, and the
case was guided by the Poison Control Center in the remote mode, according to the
toxicological protocol for diagnosis and treatment. After improved hospital discharge,
a home visit was scheduled for the patient and family. It called attention in the case:
vulnerable gender and age, history of previous suicide attempt and suicidal ideation, and
possibility of attempted «collective» suicide. As a preventive factor for new episodes of
suicide attempts, it was verified that the family favored the patient›s safe environment,
the union of friends and family, and favorable socioeconomic conditions.
