VISITA DOMICILIAR NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE: EXPERIÊNCIAS DE UM CURSO DE FISIOTERAPIA
A visita domiciliar proporciona o
primeiro contato e o conhecimento da realidade
do usuário da Atenção Básica. O Fisioterapeuta
nas visitas domiciliares pode atuar com
orientações e identificações de problemas para
o planejamento de ações multiprofissionais. O
objetivo deste trabalho foi relatar a experiência
de estudantes de Fisioterapia sobre as visitas
domiciliares na rede de atenção básica. Consiste
em um relato de experiência de estudantes de
Fisioterapia que realizaram visitas domiciliares
a usuários vinculados a dois Centros de Saúde.
Os usuários visitados semanalmente, foram
escolhidos a partir do diálogo dos estudantes
com as agentes comunitárias de saúde. Nas
visitas, foi realizado o reconhecimento da família
e residência, territorialização e a partir disso
traçavam-se objetivos para intervenção. Em
média, cada família foi visitada quatro vezes.
Nas intervenções realizadas, objetivou-se a
autonomia dos sujeitos e encaminhamentos ao
centro de saúde para acompanhamento com
outros profissionais. Observou-se aceitação dos
usuários quanto às atividades realizadas pelos
estudantes, facilitação do trabalho em equipe,
principalmente com as agentes de saúde, assim
como na criação de vínculos entre a equipe
de saúde e população. As visitas domiciliares
proporcionaram aos usuários atenção a saúde em
seu contexto domiciliar, principalmente quando
há dificuldade de deslocar-se até a unidade de
saúde. Também favoreceram o vínculo entre
a equipe e a população. Para os estudantes
de fisioterapia, propicia aproximação com a
saúde coletiva e a realidade de saúde dos
usuários e o desenvolvimento de habilidades
e competências para uma prática profissional
humanizada e integral.

Abstract:
The home visit provides the first
contact and knowledge of the reality of the
Primary Care user. The Physiotherapist in
the home visits can act with orientations and
identifications of problems for the planning of
multiprofessional actions. The objective this
study was to report the experience of Physical
Therapy students on home visits in the primary
care network. An experience report of Physical
Therapy students who, made home visits to
users linked to two Health Centers. The users
visited weekly were chosen from the students’
dialogue with the community health workers. During the visits, were realized the family
and residence recognition, the territorialization and from that, they set the objectives
for the intervention. The interventions were aimed at the autonomy of the subjects and
referrals to the health center for follow-up with other professionals. Users were accepted
the activities proposed by the students. There was also facilitation of teamwork, mainly
with community health workers as well as the creation of links between the health
team and the population. Home visits provided the users with health care in their home
context, especially when there is difficulty to go to the health unit. Also favored the
link between the team and the population. For physiotherapy students, it provides an
approximation with the collective health and the health reality of the users and the
development of skills and competences for a humanized and integral professional
practice.
