VISITA DOMICILIAR ÀS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA E SUAS FAMÍLIAS NO CONTEXTO RURAL
A visita domiciliar é importante instrumento para a atenção à saúde do indivíduo, família e comunidade, sobretudo das pessoas com deficiência que vivem no contexto rural. Este estudo objetiva conhecer as vivências da visita domiciliar por profissionais da equipe de saúde da família no contexto rural, na atenção às pessoas com deficiência e suas famílias. Caracteriza-se como exploratório descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa. Foi desenvolvido em um município localizado na região norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que apresenta 70% de população rural. Os participantes foram os profissionais que compõem as equipes de saúde da família que atendem a área rural do município. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas nos locais de trabalho dos participantes, seguindo um roteiro de questões que contemplam o objetivo do estudo. A análise dos dados seguiu a Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Minayo e permitiu a construção de duas categorias: A visita domiciliar como estratégia de cuidado fundamental para as pessoas com deficiência e Desafios e potencialidades da realização da visita domiciliar no contexto rural. A visita domiciliar mostrou-se uma estratégia legítima de atenção à saúde das pessoas com deficiência que vivem no contexto rural, contribuindo no rompimento de barreiras para o acesso à saúde e inserção dos usuários no sistema.

Abstract:
The home visit is an important instrument for the health care of the individual, family and community, especially for people with disabilities living in the rural context. This study aims to know the experiences of home visits by professionals from the family health team in the rural context, in the care of people with disabilities and their families. It is characterized as a descriptive exploratory, with a qualitative approach. It was developed in a municipality located in the northern region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, which has 70% of the rural population. The participants were the professionals who make up the family health teams that serve the rural area of the municipality. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews carried out in the participants' workplaces, following a script of questions that address the objective of the study. Data analysis followed the Content Analysis proposed by Minayo and allowed the construction of two categories: Home visits as a fundamental care strategy for people with disabilities and Challenges and potentialities of carrying out home visits in the rural context. The home visit proved to be a legitimate health care strategy for people with disabilities who live in the rural context, contributing to breaking down barriers to accessing health care and inserting users into the system.
