VISITA A ESCOLA MUNICIPAL U.E. ANATÓLIO THIERS CARNEIRO EM AÇÃO VOLTADA A SAÚDE DO ADOLESCENTE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
INTRODUÇÃO: A adolescência é uma fase complexa e dinâmica do ponto de vista físico e emocional na vida do ser humano. Nessa fase o conhecimento é escasso, e o fato de iniciarem as práticas sexuais sem as orientações necessárias, os tornam um alvo vulnerável ao acometimento de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs). Diante disso, trouxe à tona a importância da educação em saúde no cuidado do adolescente e diminuição de riscos. OBJETIVO: Relatar a experiência sobre a promoção em saúde e prevenção de doenças sexualmente transmissíveis em adolescente, focando principalmente na abordagem em âmbito escolar. METODOLOGIA: Foi realizada uma visita a escola U. E. Anatólio Thiers Carneiro, entrementes uma aula de Medicina da Família e Comunidade do curso de medicina do Instituto de Educação Superior do Vale do Parnaíba – IESVAP. O público alvo foram os alunos de 11 a 20 anos da escola, divididos em grupos de meninos e meninas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva-exploratória com abordagem qualitativa tendo como caminho metodológico a roda de conversa, sendo esta um espaço para diálogos, debates, troca de informações e aquisição de novos conhecimentos acerca da temática sexualidade. RESULTADOS: A partir das perguntas realizadas pelos jovens, notou-se que estes tinham pouco conhecimento sobre as formas de prevenção e dos riscos das IST’S. DISCUSSÃO: Verificou-se um déficit de conhecimento sobre puberdade, sexualidade e práticas sexuais, que de acordo com os relatos de caso, deve – se principalmente a falta de conhecimento e orientação. CONCLUSÃO: Por conta da vulnerabilidade e da falta de informação dos jovens, o risco de contaminação às IST vem aumentando e mostrando a necessidade de investimento na educação sexual, que procura informar e esclarecer as dúvidas desses jovens, para que haja uma sexualidade mais segura e responsável.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Adolescence is a complex and dynamic phase from a physical and emotional point of view in human life. At this stage, knowledge is scarce, and the fact that they initiate sexual practices without the necessary guidance, makes them a vulnerable target to the involvement of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). In light of this, it brought to light the importance of health education in adolescent care and risk reduction. OBJECTIVE: To report the experience on health promotion and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents, focusing mainly on the school-based approach. METHODOLOGY: A visit was made to the U.E. school Anatólio Thiers Carneiro, in the meantime a class of Family and Community Medicine in the medical course of the Vale do Parnaíba Higher Education Institute - IESVAP. The target audience was 11 to 20 year old students from the school,divided into groups of boys and girls. It is a descriptive-exploratory research with a qualitative approach having the conversation wheel as a methodological path, this being a space for dialogues, debates, exchange of information and acquisition of new knowledge about sexuality. RESULTS: From the questions asked by the young people, it was noted that they had little knowledge about the ways of prevention and the risks of STIs. DISCUSSION: There was a lack of knowledge about puberty, sexuality and sexual practices, which according to the case reports, is mainly due to the lack of knowledge and guidance. CONCLUSION: Due to the vulnerability and lack of information of young people, the risk of contamination to STIs has been increasing and showing the need for investment in sex education,
