VISIBILIDADE AMBIENTAL DE AZIZ AB`SABER E JEAN PAUL METZGER, PERANTE O NOVO CÓDIGO FLORESTAL (12651/2012), COM A INCLUSÃO DO C.A.R (CADASTRO AMBIENTAL RURAL)
O presente trabalho, a analisa
ambientalmente e sustentavelmente o Novo
Código Florestal, lei 12651/2012 dentro dos
pensamentos de Aziz Ab`Saber e Jean Paul
Metzger, onde estes mencionam sobre como
era e o que mudou dentro da Reserva Legal,
APP’s, tais opiniões buscam regularizar a
questão ambiental das propriedades rurais,
para controlar e fazer a conservação do
meio ambiente, monitorando e realizando,
planejamentos ambientais, econômicos e
combate ao desmatamento, que geraram
benefícios econômicos com segurança jurídica
para os produtores rurais. Esta nova ferramenta,
entende-se como o principal indutor e acelerador
para a regularização de no mínimo 5,2 milhões
de propriedades rurais e a inclusão do C.A.R.
(Cadastro Ambiental Rural).

Abstract:
This work, analyzes
environmentally and sustainably the New Forest
Code, Law 12651/2012 within the Aziz Ab`Saber
thoughts and Jean Paul Metzger, where they
mention about how it was and what has changed
in the Legal Reserve, APP’s such opinions
seek to regularize the environmental issue of
rural properties, to control and conservation of
the environment, monitoring and conducting
environmental, economic planning and
combating deforestation, generating economic
benefits to legal certainty for farmers. This new
tool, it is understood as the main inducer and
accelerator for the regularization of at least
5.2 million rural properties and the inclusion of
C.A.R. (Rural Environmental Registry).
