VIOLÊNCIA URBANA E SUAS REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS
A violência urbana é um fenômeno presente em várias cidades do país, afetando uma grande massa da sociedade nacional. Diariamente os telejornais divulgam notícias de assassinatos, sequestros, assaltos, entre outros tipos de infortúnios, provocando enormes desgastes sociais e descontentamento por parte dos cidadãos. Este artigo resulta de uma reflexão sobre a violência urbana e suas representações sociais instaladas no Brasil. Como forma de pesquisa, foi utilizada a revisão integrativa da literatura, a partir de fontes secundárias publicadas sobre o tema encontradas nas bibliografias. A evolução humana não se dá por estruturas ou caminhos predeterminados, mas sim, pela determinação de seus próprios ensejos, que nascem do encontro dos indivíduos, dos grupos sociais, das diferentes culturas. Diante deste contexto, surgem as representações sociais que edifica sua tese na construção do cotidiano de cada cidadão, buscando entender suas lutas, seus espaços, suas formas de comunicação e o que eles produzem de saberes, com foco nos comportamentos e experiências sociais. A violência urbana é qualificada como sendo aquela que fere os princípios que regem nossa legislação. As suas causas são as mais diversas, podendo citar como exemplos, a desigualdade social, infraestrutura precária, baixos salários, desemprego, invisibilidade, dentre outros. Dessa forma, as representações sociais buscam entender focos macrossociais, incluindo os novos contextos de sociabilidade que desafiam os mecanismos de controle social, de segurança e mudanças culturais. Conclui-se que a sociedade brasileira pode estar diante de novas formas de sociabilidade, que incluem a violência como forma de estruturação do social e de solucionar tensões e conflitos.

Abstract:
Urban violence is a phenomenon present in several cities in the country, affecting a large mass of national society. Daily news reports broadcast news of murders, kidnappings, robberies, among other types of misfortune, causing enormous social stress and discontent on the part of citizens. This article results from a reflection on urban violence and its social representations installed in Brazil. As a form of research, an integrative literature review was used, from secondary sources published on the topic found in the bibliographies. Human evolution does not happen through predetermined structures or paths, but through the determination of its own opportunities, which arise from the encounter of individuals, social groups, different cultures. In this context, the social representations appear that build his thesis in the construction of the daily life of each citizen, seeking to understand their struggles, their spaces, their forms of communication and what they produce from knowledge, focusing on social behaviors and experiences. Urban violence is classified as being that which violates the principles that govern our legislation. Its causes are the most diverse, being able to mention as examples, social inequality, precarious infrastructure, low wages, unemployment, invisibility, among others. In this way, social representations seek to understand macro-social focuses, including the new contexts of sociability that challenge the mechanisms of social control, security and cultural changes. It is concluded that Brazilian society may face new forms of sociability, which include violence as a way of structuring the social and solving tensions and conflicts.
