VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL CONTRA CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES NO AMBIENTE INTRAFAMILIAR E OS DANOS EMOCIONAIS E PSÍQUICOS: QUANDO A ESCUTA PEDE SOCORRO DE PROFISSIONAIS DA SAÚDE
O presente trabalho apresenta as
reflexões sobre as práticas não revitimizantes:
alternativas para a oitiva de crianças
e adolescentes em processos judiciais
respeitando a vulnerabilidade/dignidade
humana e a prevenção do silenciamento dos
discursos. Tem por objetivo geral analisar o
depoimento sem dano que visa a reduzir os
danos às vítimas que necessitam ser inquiridas
em juízo, procurando adequar os princípios do
processo penal, em especial, o contraditório e a
ampla defesa, com os princípios constitucionais
da dignidade humana. Justificativa a relevância
do tema devido a necessidade de compreender
a importância da oitiva das vítimas de violência
sexual de forma humanizada, sem que o
procedimento provoque mais traumas ao
violentado, pois a violência sexual de crianças
e adolescentes é um fenômeno complexo e de
difícil enfrentamento. A pesquisa será qualitativa
e bibliográfica, objetivando a fundamentação
teórica do tema, uma vez os resultados na
pesquisa estarão demonstrados em gráfico de
acordo com os dados coletados. Da pesquisa
verificou-se a importância do Estado investir na
escuta especializada devendo ser realizado por
equipe multidisciplinar por meio de instrumentos
adequados que permitam a geração das provas
necessárias para resolução do mérito.

Abstract:
The present work presents the reflections on non - revitalizing practices:
alternatives for children ‘s and adolescents’ advocacy in judicial processes respecting
human vulnerability / dignity and the prevention of speech silencing. Its general purpose
is to analyze the non-detrimental testimony aimed at reducing damages to victims who
need to be questioned in court, seeking to adapt the principles of the criminal process,
especially the contradictory and ample defense, with the constitutional principles of
human dignity. It justifies the relevance of the topic due to the need to understand the
importance of the hearing of victims of sexual violence in a humanized way, without
the procedure causing more traumas to the violent, since sexual violence of children
and adolescents is a complex phenomenon and difficult to face. The research will be
qualitative and bibliographical, aiming at the theoretical basis of the theme, once the
results in the research will be demonstrated in graph according to the data collected.
The research verified the importance of the State to invest in specialized listening and
should be carried out by multidisciplinary team through appropriate instruments that
allow the generation of the necessary evidence to resolve the merit.
