VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL CONTRA A MULHER: ABORDAGEM E CONDUTA NO SISTEMA DE SAÚDE
Abuso sexual enquadra-se em atos violentos de índole libidinosa sem o consentimento de quem o sofre. O termo foi adotado em substituição a palavra estupro, caracterizada pelo Art.213 do Código Penal em redação dada pela Lei nº 12.015, de 2009, como o ato de constranger alguém mediante violência ou ameaça a ter conjunção carnal, praticar ou permitir que com ele se realize outro ato de característica sexual. As primeiras manifestações de vítimas podem incluir entorpecimento, retraimento, choque e negação. Apesar do trauma, recomenda-se a busca do sistema de saúde para orientar, proceder medidas de proteção e obter provas para condenar o agressor. Em face das informações citadas, realizou-se um projeto com o objetivo de extrair conhecimento para avaliar a atuação da rede de saúde frente à violência sexual, bem como, direcionar o profissional na conduta e abordagem da vítima. A revisão bibliográfica, utilizou artigos escolhidos nos indexadores Scielo, PubMed e Google Acadêmico e excluiu aquelas que não atendiam aos objetivos citados. Parte dos artigos, destacaram que o agressor normalmente é uma pessoa desconhecida e que os casos de abuso ocorrem frequentemente durante a noite. Aqueles que se restringiram a uma pequena extensão territorial, relataram maior eficiência do sistema de saúde em lidar com as medidas recomendadas para o atendimento das mulheres e o artigo que relatou a abordagem em maior quantidade de regiões, encontrou mais falhas. Todos os artigos mencionaram a necessidade de uma rede de apoio. Ao fim das análises, concluiu-se a importância da qualificação do sistema de saúde na abordagem à vítima de violência sexual, destacando a necessidade de aprimoramento para melhor atender essas mulheres de acordo com seus direitos legais. Ainda, enfatizou-se a necessidade de humanização desse atendimento, em que, os profissionais devem estar preparados para o aconselhamento dessas mulheres fundamentados na bioética e empatia.

Abstract:
Sexual abuse is part of violent acts of a libidinous nature without the consent of the person who suffers it. The term was adopted to replace the word rape, characterized by Art.213 of the Penal Code in the wording given by Law No. 12,015, 2009, as the act of embarrassing someone through violence or threatening to have carnal conjunction, to practice or allow them another sexual act is performed. The first manifestations of victims may include numbness, retraction, shock and denial. Despite the trauma, it is recommended to seek the health system to guide, proceed with protective measures and obtain evidence to condemn the aggressor. In view of the information mentioned, a project was carried out with the objective of extracting knowledge to assess the performance of the health network in the face of sexual violence, as well as directing the professional in the conduct and approach of the victim. The bibliographic review used articles chosen in the Scielo, PubMed and Google Scholar indexers and excluded those that did not meet the mentioned objectives.Part of the articles highlighted that the aggressor is usually an unknown person and that cases of abuse often occur during the night. Those that restricted themselves to a small territorial extension, reported greater efficiency of the health system in dealing with the recommended measures for the care of women and an article that reported the approach in a greater number of regions, found more flaws. All articles mentioned the need for a support network. At the end of the analyzes, the importance of qualifying the health system in addressing the victim of sexual violence was concluded, highlighting the need for improvement to better serve these women according to their legal rights. Still, the need for humanization of this service was emphasized, in which, the professionals must be prepared for the counseling of these women based on bioethics and empathy.
