VIOLÊNCIA PSICOLÓGICA CONTRA A MULHER DANO EMOCIONAL DENTRO DOS RELACIONAMENTOS ABUSIVOS
Este artigo tem como foco o estudo acerca da violência psicológica contra a mulher e os danos emocionais que ela pode causar dentro dos relacionamentos abusivos. Pretende mostrar como a violência psicológica surge e se insinua, sob uma aparência inocente, que aos poucos vai se firmando até deformar completamente um relacionamento. Nesse contexto visa traçar alguns pontos acerca dos danos oriundos da violência psicológica contra a mulher, suas causas, consequências, apresentar os sinais de uma relação abusiva, e a possibilidade de utilização de novas medidas de proteção do novo tipo penal e das medidas protetivas de urgências como ferramentas de proteção a mulher ofendida. E também abordará as dificuldades que as mulheres enfrentam para terminar esses relacionamentos. Por fim tente ajudar todas as mulheres a reconhecerem essa violência com o objetivo de incentivá-las a denunciá-la e se livrar do relacionamento abusivo.

Abstract:
This article focuses on the study of psychological violence against women and the emotional damage it can cause within abusive relationships. It intends to show how psychological violence appears and insinuates itself, under an innocent appearance, which gradually takes hold until it completely deforms a relationship. In this context, it aims to draw some points about the damage arising from psychological violence against women, its causes, consequences, present the signs of an abusive relationship, and the possibility of using new measures to protect the new criminal type and emergency protective measures. as tools to protect the offended woman. And it will also address the difficulties women face in ending these relationships. Finally, try to help all women recognize this violence in order to encourage them to report it and get rid of the abusive relationship.
