VIOLÊNCIA PSICOLÓGICA CONTRA A MULHER: ANÁLISE DAS NOTIFICAÇÕES NO ESPÍRITO SANTO
Objetivo: identificar a frequência de notificação de violência psicológica contra mulheres no Espírito Santo e sua associação com as características das vítimas, do agressor e do evento. Método: estudo epidemiológico, do tipo transversal, onde o desfecho em análise foi a violência psicológica contra a mulher no Espírito Santo no período de 2011 a 2018. As variáveis independentes foram as características da vítima, do agressor e do evento. A medida de associação adotada foi a razão de prevalência e aplicado a regressão de Poisson ajustada. Resultados: A notificação de violência psicológica contra a mulher representou uma frequência de 7,0% (N:1.872; IC 95%:6,7-7,3). Determinadas características das vítimas, assim como dos agressores e do evento, apresentaram associação estatística com uma maior prevalência do desfecho (p<0,05). Conclusão: a violência psicológica contra a mulher está presente entre os casos notificados no serviço de saúde e possui associações com as características das vítimas, do agressor e do evento.

Abstract:
Objective: to identify the frequency of notification of psychological violence against women in Espírito Santo and its association with the characteristics of the victims, the aggressor and the event. Method: an epidemiological, cross-sectional study, where the outcome under analysis was psychological violence against women in Espírito Santo from 2011 to 2018. The independent variables were the characteristics of the victim, the aggressor and the event. The measure of association adopted was the prevalence ratio and adjusted Poisson regression was applied. Results: The notification of psychological violence against women represented a frequency of 7.0% (N:1,872; IC 95%:6.7-7.3). Certain characteristics of the victims, as well as the aggressors and the event, showed a statistical association with a higher prevalence of the outcome (p<0.05). Conclusion: psychological violence against women is present among the cases reported in the health service and has associations with the characteristics of the victims, the aggressor and the event.
