VIOLÊNCIA NA ESCOLA PRATICADA POR ADOLESCENTES: UMA ANÁLISE DE SUAS TIPOLOGIAS E CONSEQUÊNCIAS À LUZ DO DIREITO INFANTO-JUVENIL
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo refletir sobre a violência na escola praticada pelo adolescente, suas tipologias e consequências à luz do direito infanto-juvenil. Para tanto, aborda-se inicialmente, de forma panorâmica, o direito à educação e a problemática da violência escolar que acomete a escola enquanto espaço propício à construção da cidadania. Analisa-se a violência enquanto diagnóstico de doença social e suas maneiras de manifestação: estrutural, institucional e interpessoal. A seguir, abordam-se os tipos de violência mais comuns perpetrados por adolescentes no contexto escolar, bem como os fenômenos do bullying e cyberbullying. Por fim, analisa-se a sistemática de responsabilização dos adolescentes infratores à luz do direito infanto-juvenil e a necessidade de construção de uma educação pautada em direitos humanos como estratégia para contenção desse mal social.

Abstract:
The present work has as purpose an analysis of teenagers' violence at school, its typologies and consequences according to child-juvenile rights. In order to do so, it's covered initially and in a broad way the rights to education and the problematics of the school violence existent in an ambient which has as aim the construction of citizenship. In this work violence is analysed as a diagnosis of social disease and also its structural, institutional and intrapersonal ways of manifestation. Next, it is analysed the most common types of violence done by teenargers in a schoool environment as well the bullying and cyberbullying phenomena. Lastly, it's analised the systematic of helding teenagers accountable for crimes according to the child-juvenile rights and also the need of the development of an education based on human rights as strategy to decrease this social dilemma.
