VIOLÊNCIA INFANTIL NO BRASIL E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS PSICOLÓGICAS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
No Brasil, a violência se apresenta como um problema de saúde pública que atinge a população em larga escala, incluindo as crianças. Em função disso, este estudo trata-se de uma revisão sistemática sobre a violência infantil no Brasil e suas consequências psicológicas na criança, cujo objetivo foi buscar na literatura os efeitos psicológicos dessa violência na criança e de que maneira esta interfere em seu desenvolvimento biopsicossocial. As bases de dados verificadas foram SciELO e PubMed. Os descritivos utilizados foram "child abuse", "child abuse and Brazil", "violence against child", "psychological effects of child abuse in Brazil" e "consequences of child abuse in Brazil". Os critérios de exclusão dos estudos foram: artigos que não correspondiam aos descritores através do título, resumo, leitura na íntegra, artigos repetidos e idiomas (excluídos aqueles que não estavam em inglês, português ou espanhol). De um total de 291 artigos encontrados, restaram 36 para análise. Detectou-se nesta revisão sistemática distintos tipos de violências contra crianças, sendo evidenciadas pelos estudos a violência sexual e a física. No entanto, foram encontradas outras modalidades de violências com apuração menor de conteúdo pesquisado, como: violência psicológica (emocional) e negligência. Já as consequências psicológicas mais identificadas foram: depressão, ansiedade, TEPT, hiperatividade, déficit de atenção, sequelas emocionais, afetivas, psicológicas, sociais e comportamentais. Assim, constatou-se que a violência infantil geralmente é intrafamiliar e que há a necessidade de estudos mais aprofundados acerca das consequências dessa violência nas crianças, as quais pouco são investigadas, mas que prejudicam amplamente seu desenvolvimento biopsicossocial.

Abstract:
In Brazil, the violence is a public health issue that hits population in a large scale, including children. Because of this, the present study is a systematic review about child abuse at Brazil and its psychological consequences on child, which achieves to search in the literature the psychological effects occasioned by the violence suffered by child and how these interfere in them biopsychosocial development. The data bases checked were SciELO and PubMed. The descriptors used were "child abuse", "child abuse and Brazil", "violence against child", "psychological effects of child abuse in Brazil" and "consequences of child abuse in Brazil". The exclusion criteria of studies were: articles that have not matched to the descriptors through title, abstract, full reading, repeated articles and languages (it was excluded which had no English, Portuguese or Spanish languages). It was found 291 articles but only 36 left for analysis. It was detected different kinds of child abuse, highlighting by the highest amount of articles found, sexual and physical violence. However, it was also found other modalities of violence but that had less verification of searched content, such: psychological violence (emotional) and negligence. In addition, the psychological consequences identified were: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Hyperactivity, Attention Deficit, emotional, affective, psychological, social and behavioral sequels. Then, it was found the child abuse is often interfamily and there is a necessity of further studies about the consequences produced by violence on children, which are few investigated, but greatly harm their biopsychosocial development.
