VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA: PENSANDO NO AGRESSOR
A violência de gênero, implicando
na violência contra a mulher, encontra na
responsabilização penal do agressor uma
ineficiência na modificação do pensamento
cultural que constrói a atividade agressiva.
O presente estudo pretende pensar nos
condenados pelo cometimento da violência
doméstica, na pena alternativa como medida
educativa de responsabilização do agressor,
analisando se os serviços de atendimento ao
agressor de violência doméstica possibilitam a
reflexão do ato cometido e a reconstrução das
relações interpessoais. Foram utilizados dados
estatísticos e reflexivos quanto ao cumprimento
das penas oriundas do Juizado da Violência
Doméstica na Vara de Execução de Pena e
Medida Alternativa à Privativa de Liberdade
(VEPEMA) no Tribunal de Justiça de Roraima
(TJRR), a partir da triangulação de dados. De
modo geral, conseguiu-se perceber que a ótica
punitiva não é suficiente para dar conta de uma
mudança de comportamento do agressor. Se
não houver uma discussão mais aprofundada
dos sentidos e significados que o sujeito
produz acerca da violência, esta tenderá a ser
perpetuada no mesmo relacionamento ou em
outros que vier a construir. Portanto, todos os
esforços devem se dar no sentido de resgate
da pessoa humana, contribuindo para que
todos os envolvidos se reconheçam para além
da situação de violência vivida, desenvolvendo
suas potencialidades e reconstruindo seus
projetos de vida, sendo também, um fomentador
da cultura de paz. Faz-se necessária, assim,
uma reflexão mais aprofundada do profissional,
em perspectiva holística, de modo a gerar uma
intervenção mais crítica e eficaz.

Abstract:
Gender violence, implying
violence against women, finds in the criminal
responsibility of the aggressor an inefficiency
in the modification of the cultural thought that
builds the aggressive activity. The present
study intends to think of those convicted of
committing domestic violence, in the alternative sentence as an educational measure
of accountability of the aggressor, analyzing whether the services of assistance to the
perpetrator of domestic violence make possible the reflection of the act committed and
the reconstruction of interpersonal relations. Statistical and reflexive data were used
in order to comply with the penalties provided by the Domestic Violence Court in the
Court of Appeal for Penalty and Alternative Measure to the Private Court of Justice
(VEPEMA) in the Court of Justice of Roraima (TJRR), based on data triangulation.
In general, it has been realized that the punitive optic is not enough to account for a
change of behavior of the aggressor. If there is not a deeper discussion of the meanings
and meanings that the subject produces about violence, it will tend to be perpetuated in
the same relationship or in others that it builds. Therefore, all efforts must be made to
rescue the human person, helping all those involved to recognize themselves beyond
the situation of violence experienced, developing their potential and rebuilding their life
projects, as well as being a promoter of the culture of peace. It is necessary, therefore,
a more in-depth reflection of the professional, in a holistic perspective, in order to
generate a more critical and effective intervention
