VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA NO BRASIL DURANTE A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Objetivo: Descrever o contexto da violência doméstica no Brasil durante a pandemia da COVID-19 apresentado na literatura. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura com auxílio da ferramenta State of the Art through Systematic Review (StArt). Buscas realizadas no Portal Regional da BVS, Portal CAPES e Scielo, utilizando os descritores e operador booleano: “violência doméstica” AND “pandemia”. Foram consideradas as strings encontradas em títulos, resumos e palavras-chaves, sendo selecionados os estudos do tipo artigo, publicados em 2020 e 2021, no idioma português. Resultados e discussão: A literatura observada apresentou a importância de fatores econômicos, políticos e sociais secundários à desordem social e sanitária da pandemia de COVID-19 na perpetração da violência familiar. O aumento foi percebido pelos profissionais que atuam com assistência e proteção às vítimas e pelos meios jornalísticos e midiáticos. Considerações finais: O presente estudo observou a literatura apontando para o aumento do agravo durante o isolamento social, porém houve discrepância quando observado o número de notificações da saúde, que reduziram. No entanto, a hipótese levantada é que tenha havido subnotificação pela dificuldade de funcionamento dos serviços durante o período.

Abstract:
Objective: To describe the context of domestic violence in Brazil during the COVID-19 pandemic presented in the literature. Methods: Integrative literature review with the aid of the State of the Art through Systematic Review (StArt) tool. Searches carried out on the VHL Regional Portal, CAPES Portal and Scielo, using the descriptors and Boolean operator: “domestic violence” AND “pandemia”. Strings found in titles, abstracts and keywords were considered, and articles of the type, published in 2020 and 2021, in Portuguese were selected. Results and discussion: The observed literature showed the importance of psychological and social factors secondary to the social and health disorder of the COVID-19 pandemic in the perpetration of family violence. The increase was noticed by professionals who work with assistance and protection to victims and by journalists and media. Final considerations: The present study observed the literature pointing to an increase in the aggravation during social isolation, but there was a discrepancy when observing the number of health notifications, which reduced. However, the hypothesis raised is that it was underreported due to the difficulty of functioning of the services during the period.
