VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA MULHERE E POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS: desafios do trabalho intersetorial na perspectiva de garantia de direitos.
O presente artigo aborda o tema da violência contra mulheres, bem como as legislações após a Constituição de Federal de 1988 e o trabalho realizado em rede após a PNAS e SUS. Sendo o método materialismo histórico dialético a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Considera-se fundamental às lutas sociais para a efetivação dos direitos conquistados em defesa das pessoas vítimas de violência.

Abstract:
This article discusses the topic of violence against women, as well as the laws after the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the work done in the network after the PNAS and SUS. Being the historical materialism dialectic method from bibliographic and documentary research. It is considered essential to the social struggles for the effectuation of the rights won in defense of the people who are victims of violence.
