VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA MULHER E FEMINICÍDIO EM UMA CIDADE DE MÉDIO PORTE NO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO
O movimento feminista não se trata de superioridade de gênero, e sim de um questionamento sobre o papel social e institucional da mulher na família, no trabalho e na sociedade, onde há luta com a sociedade quem tem embasados seus valores patriarcais representados diretamente pelos pais, pelos maridos, companheiros, amigos, colegas de trabalho, sendo assim o movimento se embasa na questão de igualdade social e direitos garantidos e assegurados por lei. Assim como Martini e Souza nos traz observamos relatos de mulheres sendo submetidas a vários tipos de violências como assédio sexual, violência física, violência moral, violência verbal, pressão psicológica e até assassinadas, por colocar um fim no relacionamento, não aceito pelo parceiro. Entende-se que, a maior parte das mulheres ainda, estão sendo educadas a serem submissas ao machismo. Porém, algumas dessas mulheres se sentiram mais seguras, respeitada e dispostas a lutar pelos seus direitos numa sociedade tão fechada e machista, de valores enraizados. Pensando nesta temática, foi proposto trabalhar o feminicídio, analisando a violência direcionada para a mulher, por meio do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação - SINAN do município.

Abstract:
The feminist movement is not about gender superiority but about questioning the social and institutional role women play in their family, at work and in society as a whole, where patriarchal values are well established and directly represented by parents, husbands, partners, friends, and co-workers. The movement, therefore, is based on the social equality agenda and on rights guaranteed by law. As put by Martini and Souza, reports of women being subjected to sexual harassment, psychological pressure, physical, moral, and verbal violence are common, which may lead to them being murdered for simply ending a relationship. Most women are still being educated to be submissive. However, some women have been feeling more secure, respected and eager to fight for their rights in a society with such closed-minded and sexist values. Bearing this in mind, herein we examine femicide by analyzing violence against women, using the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) of the municipality.
