VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA CRIANÇA E REDE DE PROTEÇÃO SOCIAL: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE ARTICULAÇÃO EM REDE
violência é um fenômeno presente
nos diversos âmbitos da vida, tratando-se,
portanto, de um problema que atinge toda a
sociedade. Em relação a violência contra a
criança, sabemos que é um fenômeno histórico
e social presente na trajetória da humanidade.
Desse modo, este trabalho teve como objetivo
compreender e analisar as produções científicas
que abordem a violência contra a criança e a
articulação da Rede de Atenção e Proteção
Social a criança vítima de violência. Assim, a
presente produção consiste em uma revisão
bibliográfica, utilizando-se como banco de
dados a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BIREME).
A análise dos dados foi realizada conforme
os critérios de inclusão e exclusão adotados,
tendo sido selecionadas 13 pesquisas para o
estudo. Com isso, os resultados demonstram
que os tipos mais comuns de violência
contra crianças são: violência física, sexual,
psicológica e a negligência. Enfatizando
que esse fenômeno poderá causar dano
real ou potencial ao desenvolvimento,
contribuindo para potencializar problemas de
comportamento, psicológicos e sociais. Além
disso, compreendeu-se que inúmeros órgãos
competentes estão envolvidos na garantia dos
direitos da criança e do adolescente, como
Conselhos Tutelares, Delegacia Especializada,
Ministério Público, Defensoria Pública, entre
outros. Com isso, os dados analisados
apontaram que a articulação da rede mostrase
como sendo fundamental para uma efetiva
proteção aos direitos básicos da criança.
Portanto, para combater um fenômeno tão
complexo como a violência, requer que seu
enfrentamento se dê através do intercâmbio de
ações de atores diversos pertencentes a Rede
de Proteção.

The Violence is a phenomenon
that is present in the different areas of life, so
it is a problem that affects the whole of society.
In relation to violence against the child, we
know that it is a historical-social phenomenon
present in the trajectory of humanity. In this way,

using as a database The Virtual library in Health (BIREME). The analysis of the data
was performed according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion adopted, having
been selected 13 surveys for the study. With this, the results show that the most
common types of violence against children are: physical, sexual, psychological violence
and negligence. Emphasizing that this phenomenon could cause real or potential
damage to the development, contributing to enhance behavioral, psychological and
social problems. In addition, it was understood that a number of competent bodies
are involved in ensuring the rights of children and adolescents, such as guardianship
advice, specialized police station, public prosecutor, public defender, and others. With
this, the data analyzed pointed out that the articulation of the network shows itself to
be fundamental for effective protection of the child’s basic rights. Therefore, to combat
a phenomenon as complex as violence, it requires that its confrontation be through the
exchange of actions of various actors belonging to the protection network.
