VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER: O MACHO CRIA O MUNDO E O MUNDO CRIA O MACHO
Este artigo apresenta uma relação entre a violência praticada contra mulheres e a construção da misoginia criada por um mundo machista. Nossa estratégia tem como chave de análise o espelhamento entre o julgamento de Adolfo Eichmann, um dos grandes responsáveis pelo genocídio de judeus, e o julgamento de agressores de mulheres. A primeira questão abordada será a de que a violência não é contra a mulher, mas contra a humanidade perpetrada no corpo feminino; a segunda é o questionamento do lugar do Estado neste processo de violência.

Abstract:
This article presents a relationship between violence against women and the construction of misogyny created by a sexist world. Our strategy has as key analysis the mirroring between the trial Adolfo Eichmann, one of the main responsible for the genocide of Jews, and the trial of aggressors of women. The first question addressed will be that violence is not against women, but against humanity perpetrated in the female body; the second is the questioning of the State’s place in this process of violence.
