VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER E ESTRATÉGIAS DE ENFRENTAMENTO NA SOCIEDADE
Este trabalho elucidará de
maneira específica a violência praticada
predominantemente contra a mulher, desde
suas possíveis raízes culturais até a necessária
criação de mecanismos e estratégias de proteção
garantidores dos seus direitos fundamentais.
Desta forma, o presente artigo basear-se-á
na temática da violência doméstica, trazendo
sua definição em um sentido geral e tendo
por escopo transmitir informações capazes
de disseminar a cultura de desigualdade e
opressão pela qual é caracterizada a violência
doméstica - a qual pode ser considerada fruto de
fatores sociais, históricos e culturais presentes
desde muito cedo nas sociedades tornando
este um tema arcaico, porém, atual. Além disso,
é imprescindível que a atenção também seja
voltada para os autores da violência, uma vez
que, sob um olhar criminológico e levando em
consideração a cultura enraizada de opressão
e submissão da figura feminina regida por
um sistema patriarcal, há a necessidade de
trabalhar não somente com a vítima, mas
também com os agressores. Assim, contando
com equipes profissionais da área e com o
apoio do Tribunal de Justiça do Mato Grosso
do Sul, serão proporcionados espaços de
reflexão sobre questões de gênero, igualdade
de direitos e assuntos afins para os autores de
violência, de forma a elucidar a recuperação
e conscientização dos mesmos por meio da
Justiça Restaurativa, almejando estratégias
que resolvam não apenas a punição, mas a
reparação ampla do crime.

Abstract:
This work will elucidate in a specific
way the violence practiced predominantly
against women, from their possible cultural
roots to the necessary creation of protection
mechanisms and strategies that guarantee their
fundamental rights. In this way, the present
article will be based on the theme of domestic
violence, bringing its definition in a general
sense and aiming to transmit information
capable of disseminating the culture of inequality
and oppression by which domestic violence is
characterized - which can to be considered as
the fruit of social, historical and cultural factors
present at an early age in societies, making it
an archaic but current theme. In addition, it is
imperative that attention should also be focused
on the perpetrators of violence, since under
a criminological view and taking into account the rooted culture of oppression and
submission of the female figure governed by a patriarchal system, there is a need to
work not only with the victim, but also with the aggressors. Thus, with professional teams
in the area and with the support of the Mato Grosso do Sul Court of Justice, spaces
will be provided for reflection on issues of gender, equality of rights and related issues
for perpetrators of violence, in order to elucidate the recovery and awareness of them
through Restorative Justice, aiming at strategies that solve not only the punishment,
but the ample reparation of the crime.
