VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A CRIANÇA: SINAIS DE AGRESSÃO FÍSICA APRESENTADOS POR CRIANÇAS E POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS ESPECÍFICAS.
O relatório da situação global sobre prevenção da violência de 2014, reflete dados de 133 países, é o primeiro relatório a avaliar os esforços para enfrentar a violência interpessoal e aponta que anualmente, cerca de 950.000 mortes de crianças e adolescentes ocorrem no mundo, provocados por acidentes ou violência, além de outros milhões de ocorrências de sequelas decorrentes de lesões não fatais. Esse índice se manifesta sob diversas formas progressivas de agressão, culminando no resultado acima apresentado ou no mínimo, trazendo graves consequências no crescimento e desenvolvimento da vítima de violência. Diante do exposto e buscando compreender os sinais apresentados por crianças vítimas de agressão física no âmbito familiar, o presente estudo, teve por objetivo identificar os sinais de agressão física em crianças, e as políticas públicas específicas. Sendo uma revisão integrativa de literatura, ocorrendo em seis etapas: elaboração da pergunta norteadora, busca na literatura, coleta de dados, análise crítica dos estudos incluídos, discussão dos resultados e apresentação da revisão integrativa. Iniciou-se com a busca de artigos publicados entre 2015 e 2020, nas bases de dados: LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE e BVS, sendo os descritores: violência física, criança e políticas públicas. Na busca realizada foram apontados inicialmente 352 estudos, após a leitura exploratória dos resumos de cada um e verificação do enquadramento nos critérios deste estudo, foram selecionados apenas 6 artigos, após análise foram identificados os seguintes sinais de violência apresentados por crianças, apreensão e desconfiança ou apatia por parte da criança, sonolência em relação ao meio e às pessoas, dores e queixas psicossomáticas, comportamentos extremos como agressividade, destrutividade, timidez, passividade, submissão, irritabilidade frequente, choro excessivo ou desmotivação. Percorrendo as questões abordadas ao longo deste texto, a leitura dos artigos selecionados mostrou-se crucial para perceber os sinais da violência física contra a criança, como um fenômeno complexo que geralmente envolve familiares e pessoas próximas. Entender os sinais de violência física contra crianças pode ser extremamente interessante, tanto para o enfrentamento dos agravos, como na eleição destes eventos-sentinela para a situação de violência.

Abstract:
The 2014 Global Situation Report on Violence Prevention, reflects data from 133 countries, is the first report to assess efforts to tackle interpersonal violence and points out that approximately 950,000 deaths of children and adolescents occur worldwide each year, caused by accidents or violence, in addition to millions of other occurrences of sequelae resulting from non-fatal injuries. This index manifests itself in several progressive forms of aggression, culminating in the result presented above or at least, with serious consequences for the growth and development of the victim of violence. Given the above and trying to understand the signs presented by children who are victims of physical aggression in the family. The present study aimed to identify the signs of physical aggression in children, and specific public policies. Being an integrative literature review, occurring in six stages: elaboration of the guiding question, literature search, data collection, critical analysis of the included studies, discussion of the results and presentation of the integrative review. It started with the search for articles published between 2015 and 2020, in the databases: LiLACS, SciELo, MEDLINE and VHL, being the descriptors: physical violence, children and public policies. In the search carried out, 352 studies were initially identified, after the exploratory reading of the abstracts of each one and verification of the compliance with the criteria of this study, only 6 articles were selected, after analysis the second signs of violence presented by children, apprehension and distrust or apathy on the part of the child, drowsiness in relation to the environment and people, pain and psychosomatic complaints, extreme behaviors such as aggressiveness, destructiveness, shyness, passivity, submission, frequent irritability, excessive crying or demotivation. Going through the issues addressed throughout this text, reading the selected articles proved to be crucial to perceiving the signs of physical violence against children, as a complex phenomenon that usually involves family members and close people. Understanding the signs of physical violence against children can be extremely interesting, both for coping with injuries and for choosing these sentinel events for the situation of violence.
