VIOLAÇÕES DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS FUNDAMENTAIS SOB A ÓTICA DA INTOLERÂNCIA RELIGIOSA
O presente trabalho, apresenta uma reflexão acerca das violações dos Direitos Humanos em face dos Cristãos, levando em consideração a intolerância religiosa diante das diferenças culturais. Para tanto, será realizado uma abordagem didática e constitucional acerca de outras temáticas que norteiam o tema principal. Os Cristãos foram por muitos anos, a minoria, e sofreram inúmeros atos de barbáries e atrocidades. O homem, como centro da sociedade e do Direito, deve ser tratado como ser digno, independentemente de sua crença religiosa, pois todos têm o direito de ter a sua liberdade exercida através da fé naquilo que acredita.

Abstract:
The present work presents a reflection on human rights violations in the face of Christians, taking into account religious intolerance in the face of cultural differences. Therefore, a didactic and constitutional approach will be carried out on other themes that guide the main theme. Christians have been in the minority for many years and have suffered numerous acts of barbarism and atrocity. Man, as the center of society and law, must be treated as a worthy person, regardless of his religious belief, since everyone has the right to have his freedom exercised through faith in what he believes.
