VIOLAÇÃO E GARANTIA DOS DIREITOS DOS INFANTO-JUVENIS
O enfoque do estudo deste capítulo a respeito da violação e garantia dos direitos dos infanto-juvenis, justificou-se para compreender as violações sobre as garantias na diversidade dos direitos humanos ocorridos contra crianças e adolescentes. Para o desenvolvimento, estudou-se as redes de proteção e o estudo foi bibliográfico, analisando a garantia da efetivação dos direitos às crianças e adolescentes. Para o feito, debruçamo-nos na análise de documentos visando constatar se os direitos dos infanto-juvenis são efetivados e sobre quais são os equipamentos e programas disponíveis a atendê-los e defendê-los. As análises apontaram que a articulação entre as diferentes instituições é necessária para que os direitos das crianças e adolescentes sejam garantidos, evitando-se violações contra os indefesos.

Abstract:
The focus of this chapter's study on the violation and guarantee of children's rights was justified to understand the violations of the guarantees in the diversity of human rights that occurred against children and teenagers. For the development, the study relied on the protection networks and was a bibliographic study, analyzing the guarantee of the realization of the rights of children and adolescents. For this purpose, we focused on the analysis of documents in order to verify if the children's rights are effective and under what equipment and programs are available to assist and defend the young. The analysis pointed out that the articulation between the different institutions is necessary to guarantee the rights of children and teenagers, avoiding violations against the defenseless.
