VIDEOAULA ATRELADA A OUTROS RECURSOS: REALISMO E MALEABILIDADE
A educação a distância está consolidada no mundo, com seu valor comprovado pelas variadas avaliações de alunos, cursos, áreas profissionais. E, vale ressaltar, pelo mercado de trabalho, carente de qualificação, que já percebeu as vantagens da EAD na formação básica ou continuada de seus colaboradores. Apesar disso, nota-se, de acordo com o Censo EAD Brasil 2014, que a resistência dos educadores é ainda um obstáculo relevante. Como o que ocorre não é a substituição de professores, e sim a diversificação de seu papel, e ainda considerando a evasão como o principal obstáculo, entende-se que o uso abundante de videoaulas – aliado a outros materiais produzidos pelo professor – pode ser um elo eficiente entre docentes, discentes e tecnologias diversas. Especialmente ocorrendo com o suporte tecnológico ao professor, conferindo-lhe autonomia.

Abstract:
Distance learning is established in the world. Its value has been proved by the varied evaluations of students, courses and professional areas. It is worthy to mention that business world and employers have already realized the advantages of distance learning in the training of its employees, both basic and continuous, also advanced. Despite this, according to the Brazilian Census EAD Brazil 2014, educators’ resistance is still a relevant obstacle. Since what happens is not the substitution of teachers, but rather the diversification of their role, and still considering evasion as the main obstacle, it is understood that the abundant use of video lessons – along with other materials produced by the teacher – can generate an efficient connexion between teachers, students and diverse technologies. Especially occurring with the technological support to the teachers, ensuring them autonomy.
