VIDEO DE AULA PRÁTICA LABORATORIAL COMO METODOLOGIA ATIVA NA DISCIPLINA DE MICROBIOLOGIA DE ALIMENTOS
É relevante o uso de metodologias ativas para o processo de ensino aprendizagem. Portanto, objetivou-se avaliar a importância do uso de metodologia ativa para a compreensão da aula prática “Contagem de bolores e leveduras”, pelos discentes da disciplina de Microbiologia de Alimentos do Curso de Nutrição da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE). Um vídeo tutorial foi produzido, exibido aos estudantes e seguido por dinâmica de perguntas e respostas. Além disso, houve análise laboratorial e preenchimento individual de um formulário avaliativo da metodologia da aula. Observou-se que a exibição de vídeo e da execução de uma dinâmica previamente à aula prática foi uma estratégia considerada importante pelos alunos e bastante eficaz para a aprendizagem.

Abstract:
It is relevant to use active methodologies for the teaching-learning process. Therefore, the objective was to evaluate the importance of the use of active methodology for the understanding of the lesson “Mold and yeast count” by the students of the subject of Food Microbiology from the Nutrition Course from Ceará State University (UECE). A tutorial vídeo was produced, displayed to the students and followed by an activity of questions and answers. Furthermore, there was a laboratory analysis and a fill of an individual evaluation form about the methodology of the lesson. It was observed that the vídeo displayed and the execution of an activity of questions and answers before the practical class was a strategy considered important by the students and very effective for the learning.
