VIABILIDADE DO MODELO EXPERIMENTAL EM RATAS DE COBERTURA POR PERMACOL™ EM FACE ANTERIOR DE PRÓTESES DE SILICONE
A reconstrução mamária pós mastectomia é utilizada por cirurgiões plásticos e mastologistas que buscam trazer melhorias estéticas e psicossociais à paciente. Como forma de minimizar danos como contratura capsular e seroma, foi proposta a utilização de Matriaz Dérmica Acelular (ADM).
Relatos da cobertura anterior total da prótese por ADM, porém, estão escassamente presentes na literatura e essa pesquisa busca acrescentar conteúdo nesse quesito pela análise da viabilidade de um modelo em ratas para estudo da ADM Permacol™.

Abstract:
The post-mastectomy breast reconstruction is used by plastic surgeons and mastologists that seek aesthetic and psychosocial improvements to the patient. In order to minimize capsular contracture and seroma, it was brought up the possibility of using Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM).
Previous researches using total anterior ADM covering of the implant, however, are still minimal in literature and this study aims to enhance the knowledge regarding the analisis of the viability of a rat based design study of Permacol™ ADM.
