Variantes Raras Dos Arcos Superficiais da Mão
RESUMO
O conceito padrão de vascularização arterial da mão começa com a bifurcação da artéria braquial, na região ulnar, a artéria ulnar e a artéria radial. Posteriormente, na região do segundo metacarpo, ocorre anastomose entre as artérias ulnar e o ramo palmar superficial da artéria radial, formando assim o arco palmar superficial. A vascularização palmar é causada principalmente pelo arco palmar superficial, de onde saem quatro artérias digitais comuns da palma que derivam para suprir as falanges. Portanto, as variações morfológicas são importantes para procedimentos terapêuticos e cirúrgicos. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever um relato de caso, (no qual há duas variações anatômicas do arco palmar superficial, um na mão direita e outro na mão esquerda, vistos no mesmo cadáver masculino. O cadáver foi fixado em formol e submetido a técnicas de dissecação nas regiões do membro superior, na região distal do antebraço, no punho e na região palmar.
Verificou-se ausência total do arco palmar superficial na mão direita. Isso é uma rara variação anatômica, mas quando presente, não prejudica o usuário. E incompleto a formação do arco arterial superficial também foi verificada na mão esquerda. Essas mudanças são importantes para a realização de procedimentos da prática médica.

ABSTRACT
The standard concept of arterial vascularization of the hand begins with the bifurcation of the brachial artery, in the ulnar region, the ulnar artery and the radial artery. Subsequently, in the region of the second metacarpal, anastomosis occurs between the ulnar arteries and the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery, thus forming the superficial palmar arch. Palmar vascularization is mainly caused by the superficial palmar arch, from which four common digital arteries of the palm branch off to supply the phalanges. Therefore, morphological variations are important for therapeutic and surgical procedures. The objective of this work is to describe a case report, (in which there are two anatomical variations of the superficial palmar arch, one in the right hand and one in the left hand, seen in the same male cadaver. The cadaver was fixed in formalin and submitted to dissection in the regions of the upper limb, in the distal region of the forearm, in the wrist and in the palmar region.
There was total absence of the superficial palmar arch in the right hand. This is a rare anatomical variation, but when present, it does not harm the wearer. Incomplete formation of the superficial arterial arch was also observed in the left hand. These changes are important for performing medical practice procedures.
