Abstract: After two years since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed a transformation in both the dynamics of the classroom and the students. The latter became accustomed to the use of technology and immersed themselves in the world of computers. With this change, the application of active learning methodologies has become a reality in current classes. Such methodologies aim to encourage students to become protagonists of their own learning, being responsible for the construction of knowledge, while the role of the teacher becomes more supportive in the teaching and learning processes. Among these active methodologies, the technical visit stands out, a supervised educational activity carried out outside the school environment. Its objective is to promote integration between theory and practice, allowing students to immerse themselves in the world of work, products, processes and services on site, thus contributing to the improvement of their professional and personal training. As it is an essential teaching tool, which allows students to observe the practical applicability of the theory learned in the classroom, it is crucial to plan specific educational objectives to ensure the success of the technical visit. It is essential to understand that the technical visit should not be treated as a simple excursion, devoid of an adequate didactic and pedagogical structure. On the contrary, it requires detailed prior planning, understanding of the aspects to be studied or observed in the place visited and clear definition of educational objectives that direct the students' experience. In this context, Bloom's Taxonomy emerges as a valuable tool for defining learning objectives and planning technical visits, respecting the hierarchy of the cognitive process. For the technical visit to effectively fulfill its purpose of integrating theory and practice for the development of professional skills and abilities, it is necessary to systematize the various stages of planning and executing the visit. With this aim, a pedagogical guide was developed that offers clear guidelines for organizing the trip to the field, in a structured way. The objective of this work was to create a standard operating procedure for preparing reports as an evaluation tool, based on the planning and execution script for the technical visit. The methodology used was narrative review, with a qualitative approach, which involved the analysis and interpretation of literature published in books and scientific articles. This literature review served as the basis for the preparation of a pedagogical guide for teachers, consisting of five steps for carrying out the technical visit, and a standardized report model for students, containing a header and seven fields. The results obtained can offer valuable insights for teaching practice, both in the planning, execution and evaluation of technical visits in the educational context. Furthermore, they can stimulate reflections on different methodological approaches that promote meaningful learning in contemporary society.
