VACINAÇÃO E MORBIMORTALIDADE POR COVID-19 NO MUNICÍPIO DE CERRO AZUL, PARANÁ, BRASIL
A entrada do coronavírus no Brasil se espalha rapidamente e atinge as cidades do interior. Cerro azul é uma cidade pequena do estado Paraná, fica a 92 quilômetros da capital, e desde março de 2020, registra casos de Covid-19. Objetivo é descrever o perfil de vacinação e morbimortalidade por Covid-19 no município. Métodos Estudo ecológico descritivo, realizado com dados do primeiro semestre 2021, usou como bases de dados Programas do governo, Notifica COVID-19 e Boletins Epidemiológicos publicados pela Secretaria Municipal. Resultados O levantamento apontou uma discreta predominância para casos confirmados e óbitos em indivíduos do sexo feminino, a faixa etária com maior número de contaminados ficou entre 31 a 40 anos e faixa etária com maior letalidade 51 a 60 anos, à vacinação no município encerro o semestre com 45% da população com primeira dose recebida e 13% com esquema vacinal completo. Conclusão: O perfil epidemiológico dos acometidos pela covid19 tem como o sexo mais atingido o feminino, a faixa etária economicamente mais ativa foi a mais contaminada enquanto os indivíduos de meia idade foram mais a óbito, à vacinação municipal contra a Covid-19 manteve a cobertura vacinal em acordo com panorama nacional.

Abstract:
The entry of the coronavirus in Brazil spreads quickly and reaches the interior cities. Cerro azul is a small city in the state of Paraná, located 92 kilometers from the capital, and since March 2020, it has registered cases of Covid-19. Objective is to describe the profile of vaccination and morbidity and mortality by Covid-19 in the city. Methods Descriptive ecological study, carried out with data from the first half of 2021, used as databases Government Programs, Notifica COVID-19 and Epidemiological Bulletins published by the Municipal Secretariat. Results The survey showed a slight predominance of confirmed cases and deaths in females, the age group with the highest number of infected individuals was between 31 and 40 years old and the age group with the highest lethality was 51 to 60 years old. with 45% of the population having received the first dose and 13% with a complete vaccination schedule. Conclusion: The epidemiological profile of those affected by covid19 has females as the most affected sex, the most economically active age group was the most contaminated while middle- aged individuals died more, the municipal vaccination against Covid-19 maintained coverage vaccine in accordance with the national panorama.
