Abstract: This article provides a critical analysis of the immunogenicity, effectiveness, and challenges of the 9vHPV vaccine. Based on recent scientific evidence, the research shows that a single dose can produce long-lasting immune responses, supporting the simplification of vaccination schedules. Furthermore, factors such as inequality in access, cultural barriers, and social behavior directly affect vaccine adherence, requiring tailored educational and communication strategies. Reduced immunogenicity in immunosuppressed populations and regions endemic for parasitic infections was also observed, highlighting the need for personalized immunization protocols. The study concludes that the success of HPV vaccination depends on the integration of science, public health policy, and health education.
