UTILIZANDO A TÉCNOLOGIA EM FAVOR DA APRENDIZAGEM EFETIVA: UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE A UTILIZAÇÃO DO ENSINO HÍBRIDO
O ensino híbrido é um modelo de
educação que se caracteriza por misturar dois
modos de aprendizagem online, onde o aluno
estuda sozinho, aproveitando o potencial
de ferramentas online que podem ainda
guardar dados individuais dos alunos sobre
características gerais do seu momento de estudo
como acertos, erros, correções automáticas
de suas atividades, tempo total de estudo,
conteúdo estudado, entre outros. Já nas aulas
presenciais o aluno estuda em grupo, com o
professor e/ou colegas, valorizando a interação
e o aprendizado coletivo e colaborativo,
fortalecendo as relações interpessoais, isso
se dá aos fatos de que cada vez mais a sala
de aula convencional tem a necessidade de se
adaptar a rotinas ligadas à tecnologia. O ensino
híbrido envolve a utilização das tecnologias
com foco na personalização das ações de
ensino e de aprendizagem, apresentando aos
educadores formas de integrar tecnologias
digitais ao currículo escolar. Além disso, essa
abordagem apresenta práticas que integram
o ambiente virtual e presencial, buscando que
os alunos aprendam ainda mais. O ensino
híbrido pode ser definido basicamente como
a combinação do aprendizado online com o
offline as tecnologias digitais colaboram com os
processos de ensino e aprendizagem, porém
apenas o uso da tecnologia não é suficiente,
pois não basta apenas colocar os alunos na
frente de computadores na escola e deixá-los
sem qualquer orientação irá resolver. A adoção
do ensino híbrido em um nível mais profundo
exige que sejam repensadas a organização da
sala de aula, a elaboração do plano pedagógico
e a gestão do tempo na escola

Abstract:
Hybrid education is a model of
education that is characterized by mixing two
modes of online learning, where the student
studies alone, taking advantage of the potential
of online tools that can still store individual data
of the students on general characteristics of their
moment of study as correct, errors, automatic
corrections of their activities, total time of study,
content studied, among others. In the face-to-face
classes, the student studies in a group, with the
teacher and / or colleagues, valuing interaction
and collective and collaborative learning,
strengthening interpersonal relationships,
this is due to the fact that increasingly the conventional classroom has the need to adapt to technology-related routines. Hybrid
education involves the use of technologies focused on the personalization of teaching
and learning actions, presenting educators with ways to integrate digital technologies
into the school curriculum. In addition, this approach presents practices that integrate
the virtual and face-to-face environment, seeking students to learn even more. Hybrid
teaching can be defined basically as the combination of online and offline learning with
digital technologies collaborating with the teaching and learning processes, but only
the use of technology is not enough, because it is not enough to just put the students
in front of computers in the school and leaving them without any guidance will resolve.
The adoption of hybrid education at a deeper level requires rethinking the organization
of the classroom, the elaboration of the pedagogical plan and the management of the
time in the school.
