UTILIZAÇÃO DO SGEV (SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE EVENTOS) PARA ATIVIDADES PET- AGRONOMIA – UNIOESTE
O grupo PET Agronomia, da
Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná,
campus Marechal Cândido Rondon, utiliza o
sistema de gerenciamento de eventos (SGEV)
para organizar e divulgar suas atividades. O
SGEV é um software online desenvolvido pela
Unioeste, que permite fazer a gerencia dos
eventos acadêmicos de forma online, ágil e
eficiente. Com ele é possível realizar inscrição,
coordenação, parte financeira, certificação e entrega de certificados de forma online.
O sistema de gerenciamento pode ser utilizado por qualquer cidadão que realize
a sua inscrição no SGEV, ou seja, o sistema permite que a comunidade em geral,
independentemente de ser ou não da área universitária, utilize o mesmo e realize
as atividades ofertadas pelo grupo PET Agronomia, estas que em sua maioria, são
totalmente gratuitas. Somando as atividades cadastradas dos anos de 2017 e 2018,
resulta em 43, totalizando 11.723 certificados emitidos aos participantes, monitores e
oradores das atividades.

Abstract:
The PET Agronomia group, from the Western Paraná State University,
Marechal Cândido Rondon campus, uses the event management system (SGEV) to
organize and publicize its activities. SGEV is an online software developed by Unioeste,
which allows the management of academic events in an online, agile and efficient way.
With it you can perform registration, coordination, finance, certification and delivery of
certificates online. The management system can be used by any citizen who enrolls
in the SGEV, ie the system allows the community in general, regardless of being from
the university area, to use it and to perform the activities offered by the PET group.
Agronomy, most of which are completely free. Adding the registered activities of 2017
and 2018, it results in 43, totaling 11,723 certificates issued to participants, monitors
and speakers of the activities.
