UTILIZAÇÃO DO MAPEAMENTO DO FLUXO DE VALOR EM UMA PANIFICADORA EM UM DISTRITO DO MUNICÍPIO DE SERTÂNIA/PE: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
Existem várias formas de minimizar os custos em uma indústria, como por exemplo: reduzir as atividades que consomem insumos e não geram valor. Portanto, fazer uma empresa trabalhar com uma Produção Enxuta, reduzindo os desperdícios desde a produção da matéria-prima até a expedição do produto não é tarefa fácil. O presente artigo tem como objetivo a utilização da ferramenta MFV em uma panificadora pernambucana com o intuito de verificar a ocorrência de gargalos e potencial eliminação da causa. A implementação das melhorias sugeridas mostram-se viáveis visto que é possível reduzir o gargalo e aumentar a demanda, gerando assim um aumento nos lucros da empresa.

Abstract:
There are several ways to minimize costs in an industry, for example: reducing input-consuming and non-value-generating activities. Therefore, to make a company work with a Lean Production, reducing the waste from the production of the raw material until the shipment of the product is not easy task. The objective of this article is to use the MFV tool in a Pernambucan bakery in order to verify the occurrence of bottlenecks and potential elimination of the cause. The implementation of the suggested improvements are feasible since it is possible to reduce the bottleneck and increase the demand, thus generating an increase in the company’s profits.
