UTILIZAÇÃO DE OZONIOTERAPIA NA HABRONEMOSE EQUINA - REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Os equinos são hospedeiros de diversos helmintos, principalmente os criados a pasto influenciados pela má nutrição e estresse, estudos apontam a habronemose como a dermatite parasitaria com maior relevância nos equinos, e citada assim como uma patologia que abrange muito o meio clinico equino pela ineficiência no controle parasitário, buscando assim meios alternativos para o tratamento desta enfermidade com destaque o uso da ozonioterapia. O presente trabalho em forma de revisão de literatura tem como objetivo abordar sobre a eficácia da ozonioterapia como coadjuvante no tratamento da habronemose equina, onde utilizou-se as bases de dados, PubMed e SciELO, e como ferramenta de busca o Google Acadêmico, buscando artigos referentes a utilização de ozonioterapia em habronemose equina. A habronemose possui três espécies diferentes tendo como hospedeiro intermediário a mosca e hospedeiro definitivo o cavalo. Na habronemose equina o ozônio pode ser aplicado em vias e formas diferentes de acordo com o tipo da lesão que o animal apresenta, destacando se o uso da ozonioterapia nos casos de habronemose cutânea tendo a cicatrização desejada da lesão. E mesmo com as dificuldades apresentadas na cicatrização dos equinos acometidos com a habronemose, a ozonioterapia como coadjuvante vem ganhando espaço e tendo resultados positivos no tratamento desta enfermidade.

Abstract:
The equines are hosts of several helminths, especially those raised on pasture influenced by poor nutrition and stress, studies point to the habronemose as a parasitic dermatitis with greater relevance in horses, and cited as a pathology that covers much of the equine clinical environment by the inefficiency in parasite control, thus seeking alternative means for the treatment of this disease with emphasis on the use of ozone therapy. The present work, in the form of a literature review, aims at approaching the efficacy of ozone therapy as an adjuvant in the treatment of equine habronemiasis. The databases PubMed and SciELO were used, and Google Scholar as a search tool, searching for articles related to the use of ozone therapy in equine habronemiasis. Habronemiasis has three different species, the intermediate host being the fly and the definitive host the horse. In the equine habronemose the ozone can be applied in ways and different forms in agreement with the type of the lesion that the animal presents, being distinguished the use of the ozonioterapia in the cases of cutaneous habronemose having the desired cicatrization of the lesion. And even with the difficulties presented in the healing of horses affected with habronemose, ozone therapy as an adjuvant has been gaining space and having positive results in the treatment of this disease.
