UTILIZAÇÃO DE LARINGE, TRAQUEIA E PULMÕES SUÍNOS COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA O ESTUDO DA ANATOMIA HUMANA: UMA ATIVIDADE PRÁTICA EXPERIMENTAL
O conhecimento anatômico do sistema respiratório é de extrema relevância. Uma boa formação requer a utilização de peças anatômicas e, com a escassez de material humano, há a necessidade de buscar alternativas para o estudo. Muitas faculdades possuem modelos industrializados para estudos que não mimetizam os órgãos reais em relação à textura e à consistência. Neste contexto, utilizar órgãos de animais pode ser uma alternativa. Objetiva-se analisar as estruturas da laringe, da traqueia e dos pulmões de suínos e compará-las com as estruturas anatômicas listadas na Terminologia Anatômica atual dos órgãos humanos, visando a uma alternativa eficaz e de fácil reposição para um melhor estudo dessas estruturas pelos alunos da área de saúde. Foram adquiridos 10 blocos cardiopulmonares, contendo traqueia, pulmões, coração e pericárdio, num matadouro regular na cidade de Paulista - PE. Após uma análise teórica, com a utilização de atlas de anatomia, os alunos iniciaram a dissecação dos órgãos suínos. As estruturas foram identificadas com auxílio de atlas e da terminologia anatômica, marcadas com alfinetes e fotografadas. A dissecação das peças suínas comprovou-se uma ferramenta eficaz para a devida visualização das principais estruturas anatômicas da laringe e traqueia. Durante a análise dos pulmões, foi visto que este não teria muitas estruturas anatômicas que possibilitasse o estudo da anatomia do órgão humano. Dessa forma, ele iria contribuir para um estudo da textura, da cor e da sua consistência. As peças suínas apresentam os principais objetivos macroscópicos presentes na laringe e traqueia, listados na Terminologia Anatômica. Nessa perspectiva, apesar das variações morfológicas, nota-se que a dissecação das peças suínas por estudantes demonstra ser efetiva para o pleno aprendizado da anatomia humana.

Abstract:
Anatomic knowledge of the respiratory system is of extreme relevance. Good training requires the use of anatomical parts and, with the scarcity of human material, there is the need to seek alternatives for the study. Many faculties have industrialized models for studies that do not mimic the real organs in relation to texture and consistency. In this context, using animal organs can be an alternative. The objective is to analyze the structures of the larynx, trachea and lungs of pigs and compare them with the anatomical structures listed in the current Anatomical Terminology of human organs, aiming at an effective alternative and easy replacement for a better study of these structures by students in the health area. Ten cardiopulmonary blocks were acquired, containing trachea, lungs, heart, and pericardium, in a regular slaughterhouse in the city of Paulista - PE. After a theoretical analysis, using anatomy atlases, the students started the dissection of swine organs. The structures were identified with the help of atlases and anatomical terminology, marked with pins and photographed. The dissection of the porcine pieces proved to be an effective tool for the proper visualization of the main anatomical structures of the larynx and trachea. During the analysis of the lungs, it was seen that it would not have many anatomical structures that would allow the study of the anatomy of the human organ. Thus, it would contribute to a study of texture, color and consistency. The pork pieces present the main macroscopic objectives present in the larynx and trachea, listed in Anatomical Terminology. In this perspective, despite the morphological variations, it can be noted that the dissection of the pork pieces by students proves to be effective for the full learning of human anatomy.
