UTILIZAÇÃO DE DISPOSITIVO IDR EM FERRAMENTAS ELÉTRICAS DE BAIXA POTÊNCIA, EXTENSÕES E MAQUINAS DE SOLDA
Após vários acidentes devidos choque elétrico ocorridos na utilização de ferramentas elétricas de baixa potência, extensões e máquinas de solda, devido as fiações mal isoladas, ou mesmo danificadas durante o uso e que em muitas delas levaram a obíto e em outras ocasionando lesões permanentes, levou-nos a estudar alternativas mais seguras e eficazes. Este projeto focou o campo industrial e a ideia do uso de IDR foi implantada em caráter experimental com sucesso e devido a isto, chamamos as maiores fabricantes no Brasil e no Mundo (Bosch e Dewalt) que entenderam a importância desta proteção e a Bosch customizou suas ferramentas e a Dewalt está trabalhando na implantação, em ferramentas tais como, Lixadeiras e outras. Com a evolução da legislação este dispositivo poderá ser obrigatório o que irá beneficiar todo tipo de usuário, seja no campo industrial como no residencial. A instalação do IDR não vai eliminar todos os tipos de choques, mas vai salvar muitas vidas em lares e também na área industrial.

Abstract:
After several accidents due to electric shock occurred in the use of low-power electric tools, extensions and welding machines, due to poorly insulated wiring, or even damaged during use, which in many of them led to injury and in others causing permanent injuries. us to study safer and more effective alternatives. This project focused on the industrial field and the idea of using IDR was successfully implemented on an experimental basis and due to this, we called the biggest manufacturers in Brazil and in the World (Bosch and Dewalt) who understood the importance of this protection and Bosch customized their tools and Dewalt is working on the deployment, on tools such as Sanders and others. With the evolution of legislation, this device may be mandatory, which will benefit all types of users, both in the industrial and residential fields. Installing the IDR will not eliminate all types of shocks, but it will save many lives in homes and also in the industrial area.
