UTILIZAÇÃO DAS METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS DE APRENDIZAGEM NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFISSIONAL ENFERMEIRO: A COMPREENSÃO DOS DOCENTES
A presente pesquisa objetivou-se
analisar a percepção dos docentes de uma
faculdade de enfermagem sobre a utilização
das metodologias ativas de aprendizagem na
formação do enfermeiro. Este estudo trata-se
de uma pesquisa de campo do tipo exploratório,
com abordagem qualitativa, foi realizado na
Universidade de Cuiabá (UNIC), com docentes
da Faculdade de Enfermagem. A coleta de
dados realizou-se através de uma entrevista
do tipo semiestruturada e foi gravada após
autorização. Foram entrevistados oito docentes.
Os dados foram analisados através da análise
temática e as categorias que se revelaram
foram: Metodologias Ativas de Aprendizagem e
suas características, O aluno e as Metodologias
Ativas de Aprendizagem: A Primeira Impressão,
O Ambiente do Trabalho Educacional e
as Metodologias Ativas, Importância das
Metodologias Ativas de Aprendizagem para a
formação do enfermeiro. Os resultados mostram
que se pode considerar que as Metodologias
Ativas de Aprendizagem constituem um método
inovador no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
Possibilitando ao acadêmico ser participante
ativo e ter maior envolvimento em seu processo
de aprendizagem, tendo o professor como
facilitador e orientador. As Metodologias
Ativas possibilitam o envolvimento de todos no
processo de aquisição do conhecimento, não
somente o aluno e o professor, mas também
a instituição de ensino envolvida, onde a
mesma deve proporcionar recursos para que a
aplicação das metodologias ativas seja efetiva
e significativa.

Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the
perception of teachers of a nursing college on the
use of active learning methodologies in nursing
education. This study deals with an exploratory
field research, with a qualitative approach was
conducted at the University of Cuiabá (UNIC)
, with faculty of the School of Nursing . Data
collection was conducted through a semiEnfermagem
structured interview of the type and was recorded after release. We interviewed eight
teachers. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis and the categories that were
revealed: Active Learning Methodologies and their characteristics, the student and the
Active Learning Methodologies: The First Impression, The Environment Educational
Work and Active methodologies, Importance of Methodologies active Learning
for nursing education. The results show that it is probable that the Active Learning
Methodologies are an innovative method in the teaching- learning process. Allowing
the academic to be an active participant and have greater involvement in their learning
process, with the teacher as facilitator and advisor. The Active methodologies enable
the involvement of all in the process of acquiring knowledge, not only the student and the
teacher, but also the educational institution involved where it should provide resources
for the implementation of active methodologies to be effective and meaningful.
