UTI NEONATAL: A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ASSISTÊNCIA HUMANIZADA DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM AO NEONATO E LACTENTE E A INICIATIVA DO MÉTODO CANGURU
Este estudo dispõe como objetivo principal expor de modo inteligível a alta relevância do cuidado prestado pela equipe de enfermagem aos recém-nascidos e lactentes das Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatais (UTIN), e apresenta o Método Canguru como um auxiliador benéfico para o alcance de resultados positivos. Profissionais devidamente qualificados, os quais exercem seus ofícios diante a assistência ao neonato e lactente da UTIN, baseando-se em condutas humanizadas, ágeis e empáticas, compreendem de melhor maneira e com vasta visão as necessidades e premências individuais de todo e qualquer paciente, alcançando assim, eficácia em bons resultados e melhoria nos quadros clínicos dos que estão sob seus cuidados. Neste sentido, a humanização é fator de notáveis mudanças positivas condizentes à melhora clínica de pacientes em todos os lugares do mundo, independentemente de suas comorbidades, crenças, etnias, raça ou religião. Ao longo dos tempos a assistência humanizada vem tomando forma e abrangendo aspectos solucionáveis para muitos problemas de saúde, tornando-se visível sua essencialidade para abordagem e assistência ao neonato e lactente das UTIN’s, tendo em consideração que os mesmos são frágeis e necessitam de cuidado especializado individual eficaz. Por conseguinte, o Método Canguru viabiliza e facilita a assistência dos profissionais em questão, considerando que se norteia na inserção do acolhimento à presença dos pais em conjunto com o cuidado prestado pela equipe de saúde.

Abstract:
This study has as its main objective to intelligibly expose the high relevance of care provided by the nursing staff to newborns and infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), and presents the Kangaroo Method as a beneficial helper to achieve positive results. Properly qualified professionals, who perform their duties when assisting newborns and infants in the NICU, based on humanized, agile and empathetic conducts, understand in a better way and with a broad vision the individual needs and urgencies of each and every patient, thus achieving efficacy in good results and improvement in the clinical picture of those who are under their care. In this sense, humanization is a factor for notable positive changes that are consistent with the clinical improvement of patients all over the world, regardless of their comorbidities, beliefs, ethnicity, race, or religion. Over time, humanized care has been taking shape and covering aspects that can be solved for many health problems, becoming visible its essentiality for approaching and assisting newborns and infants in NICUs, taking into consideration that they are fragile and need effective individual specialized care. Therefore, the Kangaroo Method enables and facilitates the assistance of professionals in question, considering that it is guided by the insertion of the welcoming presence of parents together with the care provided by the health team.
