USO DO LEGO® PARA AVALIAR A MOTRICIDADE FINA EM CRIANÇAS COM TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA E A INFLUÊNCIA DA PARTICIPAÇÃO DE IRMÃOS TÍPICOS NESSE PROCESSO
O objetivo desse estudo foi buscar na literatura evidências sobre a terapia Lego para crianças com TEA, associada a participação de irmãos típicos durante a intervenção. Foi realizada uma busca dos artigos revisados por pares indexados na base de dados eletrônica Portal Capes. A busca realizada envolveu estudos nacionais e internacionais. Considerou-se como critérios de inclusão: crianças com diagnóstico de Transtorno do espectro do autismo (TEA) ou Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); LEGO® Terapia como medida de intervenção; artigos publicados entre 2015 e 2020. Os descritores utilizados foram: “Autism” and “LEGO®Therapy”, “LEGO®Therapy” and “Motor”, “Autism” and “LEGO®Therapy” and “Motor” e “Autism” and “Siblings” and “LEGO®Therapy”. Foi realizada a seleção dos artigos primeiro pelos títulos e logo após pela leitura dos resumos para avaliar se eram compatíveis com os critérios de inclusão. Após essa etapa, foi realizada a leitura dos artigos na íntegra. Os artigos que participaram dessa pesquisa foram 3 de revisão sistemática e 4 investigativos. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram boa evidência não só da terapia Lego para crianças com TEA, mas também da participação de pais e irmãos nesse processo. Entretanto, poucos estudos utilizaram a intervenção feita com irmãos ou familiares e apenas um mostrou diferença nos aspectos motores após a intervenção.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to search the literature for evidence about Lego therapy for children with ASD, associated with the participation of typical siblings during the intervention. A search for peer-reviewed articles indexed in the electronic portal Portal Capes was carried out. The search carried out involved national and international studies. Inclusion criteria were: children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); LEGO® Therapy as an intervention measure; articles published between 2015 and 2020. The descriptors used were: “Autism” and “LEGO®Therapy”, “LEGO®Therapy” and “Motor”, “Autism” and “LEGO®Therapy” and “Motor” and “Autism” and “Siblings” and “LEGO® Therapy ”. The articles were selected first by the titles and then by reading the abstracts to assess whether they were compatible with the inclusion criteria. After this stage, the articles were read in full. The articles that participated in this research were 3 systematic reviews and 4 investigative. The results obtained demonstrated good evidence not only of Lego therapy for children with ASD, but also of the participation of parents and siblings in this process. However, few studies used the intervention made with siblings or family members and only one showed a difference in motor aspects after the intervention.
