USO DE TECNOLOGIAS EM SAÚDE PELO ENFERMEIRO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA: uma revisão integrativa
O uso de tecnologias é na atualidade
uma constante na práxis assistencial do
enfermeiro, como forma de facilitar o atendimento.
Assim, é imprescindível a incorporação destas
na Atenção Primária visando uma melhoria na
qualidade da assistência. Objetivou-se discutir
o uso de tecnologias em saúde pelo enfermeiro
na atenção primária. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa da literatura, realizada de março a
abril de 2018, mediante a leitura de publicações
contidas no repositório Biblioteca Virtual de
Saúde-BVS e Scientific Electronic Library
Online- SciELO, via BVS. Para tanto, usou-se
os descritores em livre associação “Tecnologias
em Saúde”, “Enfermagem”, “Atenção Primária”
e “Promoção da Saúde”. Os critérios de inclusão
foram: artigo disponível na íntegra, publicados
entre 2013 a 2018, nos idiomas português,
inglês e espanhol. Foram excluídos literatura
cinzenta (teses, dissertações, monografias) e
aqueles que se apresentaram repetidos e/ou
não conservaram relação com o tema. Foram encontradas 34 produções científicas, sendo que apenas 8 contemplaram os critérios.
Observou-se que as tecnologias na área da saúde foram agrupadas por Mehry em três
categorias, incluído a tecnologia dura, representada pelo material concreto; a tecnologia
leve-dura, incluindo os saberes estruturados e a tecnologia leve, que se expressa como
o processo de produção da comunicação, relações e vínculos. Experiências exitosas
são relatadas nos estudos encontrados e reforçam a necessidade do enfermeiro estar
se capacitando para o manejo da tecnologia mais adequada à sua realidade. Diante
disso, esse estudo reforça a importância que deve ser dada às novas metodologias de
implementação do cuidado de enfermagem.

Abstract:
The use of current technologies is a constant in the nurse’s care
assistance, as a way to facilitate care. Thus, it is essential to an incorporation in it.
The objective was the use of health technologies by nurses in primary care. This
is an integrative review of the literature, carried out from March to April of 2018, by
reading publications contained in the repository of the Virtual Health Library - VHL and
Scientific Electronic Library Online - SciELO, via VHL. For that, the descriptors in free
association “Technologies in Health”, “Nursing”, “Primary Attention” and “Promotion of
Health” were used. The criteria for participation were: article available in full, between
2013 and 2018, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The ashes (theses, dissertations,
monographs) were analyzed and those that repeated and / or did not conserve the
interface with the subject. There were 34 scientific productions found, of which only
8 met the criteria. He observed that health technologies were grouped by Mehry into
three categories, included in the dura, represented by the concrete material; the level
level, including the know-the-text and the technology level, which segregation of the
production of communication, communication and links. Successful experiences are
reported in studies and reinforce the need for a nurse to improve the ability to adapt to
their reality. Therefore, this study reinforces the importance that must be given to the
new forms of nursing care implementation.
