USO DE PROJEÇÕES RCP 4.5 / RCP 8.5 E ÍNDICE DE VULNERABILIDADE CLIMÁTICA (IVC) PARA MONITORAMENTO DA DESERTIFICAÇÃO EM MUNICÍPIOS DO SERTÃO PERNAMBUCANO, BRASIL
As alterações na distribuição de extremos climáticos vem ocasionando o aumento da temperatura e com isso o cenário climático no Brasil se agrava. No que diz respeito os processos de desertificação, as projeções de anomalias climáticas RCP 4.5 e RCP 8.5 foram calculadas, a fim desenvolver o Índice de Vulnerabilidade Climática para os municípios do Sertão de Pernambuco, com o objetivo de verificar as alterações climáticas, o processo de desertificação e suas influências na população da área piloto. Foi verificado, através dos resultados, que os municípios irão sofrer aumento de temperatura e diminuição da precipitação, e com isso, possuindo vulnerabilidade social alta para o RCP 4.5 e muito alta para o RCP 8.5

Abstract:
The changes in the distribution of climatic extremes have been causing the increase of temperature and with that the climatic scenario in Brazil is aggravated. With regard to the desertification processes, the climate anomaly projections RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 were calculated in order to develop the Climate Vulnerability Index for the municipalities of Sertão de Pernambuco, in order to verify climate change, the process of desertification and its influence on the population of the pilot area. It was verified, through the results, that the municipalities will suffer temperature increase and decrease of precipitation, and with this, having high social vulnerability for CPR 4.5 and very high for CPR 8.5
