This article explores how this technology can make the Manchester Protocol, widely used in the healthcare system, more efficient, reduce waiting times and increase accuracy in patient assessment. The review is based on 20 recent articles that highlight the benefits and challenges in implementing these tools. In the future, the implementation of the systems must be studied and analyzed, evaluating their real benefits.
