USO DA ULTRASSONOGRAFIA EM PACIENTES NA EMERGÊNCIA COM CLÍNICA DE DOR TORÁCICA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
A dor torácica é uma queixa frequente no departamento de emergência, podendo ter etiologias cardíacas ou não cardíacas. Para definir diagnóstico e identificar gravidade da situação é necessário uma boa anamnese, exame físico, laboratorial e de imagem. A ultrassonografia é um exame de imagem que ganha cada vez mais importância, sendo considerado atualmente como uma extensão do exame físico. Porém, a utilização desse exame em casos de dor torácica de forma isolada ainda não é consolidada. O objetivo desse artigo foi analisar a aplicabilidade da ultrassonografia no departamento de emergência em pacientes que apresentassem queixa de dor torácica. para esta revisão integrativa foram utilizadas as bases de dados National Library of Medicine (PubMed) e Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS). A pesquisa foi feita através da frase “ultrasonography and chest pain and emergency” sendo encontrados 4931 resultados, que após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão foram reduzidos a 10 artigos. o uso da ultrassonografia para o manejo de pacientes com dor torácica em cenário de emergência se mostrou ser eficaz quando o objetivo é diminuir o tempo de elucidação diagnóstica e iniciar o tratamento adequado. É necessário enfatizar que o seu uso não interfere no diagnóstico final do paciente, no desfecho de morte e em tempo hospitalização.

Abstract:
Chest pain is a frequent complaint in the emergency department and may have cardiac or non-cardiac etiologies. In order to define the diagnosis and identify the severity of the situation, a good anamnesis, physical, laboratory and imaging examinations are required. Ultrasonography is an imaging test that is gaining more and more importance, and is currently considered an extension of the physical examination. However, the use of this test in cases of isolated chest pain has not yet been consolidated. The objective of this article was to analyze the applicability of ultrasound in the emergency department in patients who complained of chest pain. For this integrative review, the National Library of Medicine (PubMed) and Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) databases were used. The search was carried out using the phrase “ultrasonography and chest pain and emergency” and 4931 results were found, which, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, were reduced to 10 articles. the use of ultrasonography for the management of patients with chest pain in an emergency setting has proven to be effective when the objective is to reduce the diagnostic elucidation time and initiate adequate treatment. It is necessary to emphasize that its use does not interfere with the final diagnosis of the patient, the outcome of death and length of hospital stay.
