Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The dimensions of Reiki practice are based on both material and energetic fields, aiding in the relief and treatment of various ailments — whether physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, or energetic. It was from these benefits that Reiki began to be utilized and promoted as evidence in the field of Nursing. OBJECTIVE: To map the evidence of Reiki therapy use by Brazilian Nursing within the context of the Health Care Network. METHOD: Scoping review, developed based on the Joanna Briggs Institute protocol and the PRISMA-ScR guide, conducted between December 2023 and January 2024, initially identifying 179 studies. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and removing duplicates, 10 studies comprised the final sample. RESULTS: Most of the articles produced were published predominantly between 2020 and 2021. The most cited interventions include physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, as well as improvements in sleep quality. 1 Acadêmica de Enfermagem. Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. However, research on the topic remains limited, and there is a need to invest in innovation and research to effectively explore and apply integrative and complementary health practices.
