USO DA SIMULAÇÃO REALÍSTICA NO CENÁRIO DE APRENDIZADO DA VISITA DOMICILIAR: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetivo: Descrever o uso da simulação realística como estratégia de ensino e aprendizagem no desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades do estudante do primeiro período do curso de medicina para a realização da visita domiciliar. Descrição da Experiência: A simulação aconteceu no Laboratório de Habilidades e Simulação em uma faculdade particular no município de Ribeirão Preto durante a disciplina de Saúde da Família I, com 42 estudantes do primeiro período do curso de medicina. Antes da realização da atividade, foi fornecido material para estudo prévio dos alunos, e no primeiro momento da atividade de simulação foram realizadas orientações e informações preparando a todos para o desenvolvimento da experiência da simulação. Para a simulação foi construído um cenário simulando a residência de um paciente e os alunos tinham que realizar uma Visita Domiciliar. Após a atividade de simulação teve o debriefing, onde os estudantes puderam compartilhar suas experiências e conhecimentos. Conclusão: A simulação realística é um recurso pedagógico que permite o protagonismo do aluno frente ao seu processo de ensino aprendizagem, permitindo uma formação pautada na autonomia e responsabilização no processo de aprendizado.

Abstract:
Objective: To describe the use of realistic simulation as a teaching and learning strategy in the development of skills and abilities of students in the first period of the medical course to carry out home visits. Description of the Experience: The simulation took place in the Skills and Simulation Laboratory at a private college in the city of Ribeirão Preto during the Family Health I course, with 42 students in the first period of the medical course. Before carrying out the activity, material was provided for the students to study in advance, and in the first moment of the simulation activity, guidance and information were provided, preparing everyone for the development of the simulation experience. For the simulation, a scenario was built simulating a patient's residence and the students had to carry out a Home Visit. After the simulation activity, there was a debriefing, where students were able to share their experiences and knowledge. Conclusion: Realistic simulation is a pedagogical resource that allows the student to play a leading role in their teaching-learning process, allowing training based on autonomy and accountability in the learning process.
