USINAGEM ELETROQUÍMICA SUPERFICIAL EM AMOSTRAS DE FERRO FUNDIDO
O presente trabalho visa investigar a
possibilidade de se texturizar superficialmente
amostras de ferro fundido cinzento através
do Método de Texturização Eletroquímica
Sem Mascaramento (MECT). O método foi
implementado em amostras de ferro fundido
cinzento de matriz perlítica, sendo entre cada
teste variada a tensão verificando assim seu
efeito nos padrões inseridos resultantes. Os
resultados se mostraram satisfatórios para este
material, contudo é necessário a investigação
mais parâmetros que permeiam o processo.

Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate the
possibility of surface texturing samples of gray
cast iron by Maskless Electrochemical Texturing
Method (MECT). The method was implemented
in cast iron samples of pearlitic matrix, being
between each test varied the voltage so can
be verified its effect on the resulting patterns
inserted. The results were satisfactory for this
material, however it is necessary to investigate
other parameters that permeate the process.
