Urbanização e o Direito à moradia
Este artigo aborda o processo de urbanização brasileira a partir do século XX, o tratamento jurídico e normativo do direito à moradia e o direito social à moradia. Com o desenvolvimento dos centros urbanos a classe trabalhadora que não conseguiu acessar a moradia pela via contratual ocupou o solo de forma irregular, tendo em vista o grande déficit habitacional, fatos que comprometem o desenvolvimento da cidade. Aborda-se como o Brasil introduziu normas jurídicas para garantir a concretização do direito à moradia bem como. Utiliza o método científico pautado no materialismo histórico dialético, com abordagem bibliográfica.

Abstract:
This article approaches the process of Brazilian urbanization from the twentieth century, the legal and normative treatment of the right to housing and the social right to housing. With the development of the urban centers the working class that could not access the dwelling by contractual route occupied the ground of irregular form, considering the great housing deficit, facts that jeopardize the development of the city. It addresses how Brazil introduced legal norms to ensure the realization of the right to housing as well as. It uses the scientific method based on dialectical historical materialism, with a bibliographical approach.
