Abstract: Urinary incontinence presents a challenging and common condition in elderly women, significantly impacting their health and well-being. This review addresses the epidemiology, risk factors, impact on quality of life, and treatment strategies for urinary incontinence in this population. The need for an integrated geriatric and gynecological approach is emphasized, considering conservative, pharmacological, and surgical treatments, and tailoring them to the individual needs of patients. The review highlights the importance of personalized treatment options and the need for ongoing research to optimize care.
