Abstract: Given the diversity and complexity of pediatric pathologies encountered in primary care, this study aimed to conduct a comprehensive review of the main diseases affecting children up to the year 2021. Our survey revealed that the most frequently observed pathologies fall into respiratory, infectious, nutritional, dermatological, and neurological categories. These findings underscore the significance of primary care's role not only in diagnosis and treatment but also in disease prevention. We conclude that robust and continuous training for healthcare professionals, coupled with targeted public policies, is essential to effectively address these conditions.
