Universidade, Pesquisa e Responsabilidade Social: Interlocução entre Gênero e Raça na Formação Jurídica.
Nos últimos anos verificou-se o
crescente ingresso das mulheres negras no
ensino superior no Brasil. Este fenômeno advém,
sobretudo, da adoção do sistema de cotas raciais
nas universidades do país. Concomitantemente,
observa-se aumento do número de Grupos de
Pesquisa que abordam a temática racial nas
mais variadas áreas do conhecimento. Apesar
dos diversos temas relacionados à categoria
gênero, a pesquisa específica sobre a mulher
negra no Brasil não constituía assunto comum
nas universidades. Invisibilizadas, as mulheres
negras têm experimentado diversos níveis
de exclusão no país, e no próprio contexto
acadêmico. O objetivo do presente artigo é
identificar como as universidades promovem a
responsabilidade social mediante a perspectiva
de gênero e raça diante da violência contra a
mulher negra no Brasil. Adotou-se abordagem
qualitativa, mediante levantamento dos Grupos
de Pesquisa cadastrados no Diretório de Grupos
de Pesquisa na Plataforma Lattes. Identificouse
que, relativamente ao total de Grupos de
Pesquisa cadastrados na área das Ciências
Sociais Aplicadas, há, especificamente em
Direito, um total de 2119 grupos. No entanto,
apenas dois destes grupos abordam a temática
Mulher Negra.

Abstract:
In recent years there has been a
growing enrollment of black women in higher
education in Brazil. This phenomenon comes
mainly from the adoption of the system of racial
quotas in the universities of the country. At the
same time, there is an increase in the number of
research groups that deal with racial themes in
the most varied areas of knowledge. Despite the various themes related to the gender
category, specific research on black women in Brazil was not a common subject in
universities. Invisible, black women have experienced varying degrees of exclusion in
the country, and in the academic context itself. The aim of this article is to identify how
universities promote social responsibility through a gender and race perspective in the
face of violence against black women in Brazil. A qualitative approach was adopted
by means of survey of the Research Groups registered in the Directory of Research
Groups in the Lattes Platform. It was identified that, in relation to the total of Groups
of Research registered in the area of Applied Social Sciences, there are, specifically
in Law, a total of 2119 groups. However, only two of these groups address the Black
Woman theme.
