UNINDO GERAÇÕES: A PERSPECTIVA DE JOVENS E IDOSOS SOBRE PROCESSO DE RELAÇÕES INTERGERACIONAIS
Objetivo: sistematizar as relações intergeracionais entre idosos, jovens e crianças desveladas pelo projeto de extensão Unindo Gerações. Métodos: trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, desenvolvida segundo a abordagem da Sistematização da Experiência (SE). Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 10 participantes do projeto e os registros dos encontros. Resultados: a interpretação crítica da SE em questão, culminou na categorização dos temas apreciados durante a experiência vivida, e foi possível identificar três repercussões das relações intergeracionais viabilizada pelo projeto Unindo Geraçõe: “Motivando reflexões e desmistificando estereótipos associados a velhice”; “Interação social nas relações itergeracionais como estimulante do envelhecimento ativo promovido pelas relações intergeracionais”; “Intercâmbio de conhecimentos e experiências nas relações intergeracionais”. Discussão: atualmente existem muitos estereótipos associados ao envelhecimento, nesse sentido as relações intergeracionais auxiliam a desmistificar visões negativas que os jovens poderiam possuir sobre a pessoa idosas. Além disso, permite estimular a interação social que está alicerçada na promoção do envelhecimento ativo e manutenção da saúde mental. Cabe ressaltar a promoção da coeducaão entre as geraões por meio da transmissão de saberes e experiênciasm entre ambas as gerações. Considerações Finais: a SE permitiu o levantamento das repercussões viabilizada pelo projeto Unindo Gerações, essas possibilitaram que o jovem passassem ver a velhice de forma mais favorável e benéfica, aproxima as gerações, oportuniza o diálogo e incluio o idoso socialmente.

Abstract:
Objective: to systematize the intergenerational relationships between adolescents, young people and children unveiled in the Unindo Gerações extension project. Methods: this is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, developed according to the Systematization of Experience (SE) approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 project participants and meeting records. Results: the critical interpretation of the SE in this one, culminated in the categorization of the themes appreciated during a lived experience, being possible to identify three repercussions of the intergenerating relationships through the Unindo Geraçõe project: “Motivating reflexes and demystifying foreign types associated with speed"; “Social interaction in intergenerational relationships as a stimulant of active aging promoted by intergenerational relationships"; "Exchange of knowledge and experiences in intergenerational relationships". Discuss: Currently there are many foreign types associated with involvement, there is a feeling that intergenerational relationships help to demystify negative views that young people may have on the elderly. At the same time, they allow us to stimulate social interaction that is licensed in the promotion of active development and maintenance of mental health. It is worth mentioning the promotion of co-education between generations through the transmission of knowledge and experience between am just the generations. Final considerations: if you allow the removal of repercussions to be made available to the project through joining groups, it is possible for the young person to go through the fastest and most favorable and beneficial way, approaching groups, opportunities or dialogue and including or socially worthy.
